Any cancellation after the initial deposit is made will incur a 20% processing fee. This change may effect the total price per person. All cancellations within 14 days are not guaranteed a refund.

There is a US100 deposit/person to reserve this unit, and US200 security deposit to be refunded in full if no damages have incurred during your stay.
