In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

-Please note that due to credit card regulationes the hostel requires the 3 digit security code in order to confirm your booking. Ohterwise your booking may be cancelled after 24hs.
-Please remember that check in time is from 2pm, we only accept cash and all payments are made in advanced during check in time. If you wish to cancel days that had already been booked and paid, the money is not refundable.
- If cancelled up to 24 hours before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of NO-SHOW, the first night will be charged.
